Groundskeeping is performed bi-weekly at this home every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. If you have a dog, please pick up any dog poop daily with particular attention on Wednesday night and keep your dog inside Thursday morning.

This town home is in a small town home community in central Flagstaff. It is located right across the street from Foxglenn Park which hosts Summer Festivals and has a popular playground, skate park, picnic areas, fields and more!

The town home has lots of windows and vaulted ceilings so the space is light and bright. Upstairs are two master suites, one with a queen bed and a double fold out couch and the other with a double and a twin. The queen bedroom has a comfy, charming window nook to enjoy the sunshine.

There is a small, fully enclosed back yard to enjoy the mountain air and use the BBQ with supplied propane.

There is a two car garage and up to two vehicles are allowed at the home, there is no on street parking. All vehicles must fit in the garage.

The master bedroom has a king sized Tuft and Needle mattress as well as a Queen pull out couch to add flexible sleeping options for your group. There is a spacious guest bedroom with a Queen bed and another guest bedroom with a Double and a Twin. Each bedroom has a spacious walk in closet.

The master bath as well as the guest bath has a double vanity to accommodate ease in preparing for your days of adventure in Northern Arizona.

There is an oversize garage that easily fits 2 large vehicles and driveway parking for 2 additional vehicles. The garage is also a great spot for the ping pong table!

The Petite Retreat is a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse tucked into a quiet complex right off of Historic Rt 66 in Flagstaff. There are 2 wireless charging mats on the bedside tables in the primary bedroom and all bedside lamps have USB ports. The home boasts high speed gigabit Wifi that champions guests who need to work remotely or who want to stream their favorite shows and movies!

This home is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway to Flagstaff or a small family. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the “bunk room” has a twin over full bunk bed, and the couch folds out into a bed to allow for flexibility in sleeping arrangements!

For those that can resist the temptations of Flagstaff’s delicious and plentiful restaurants, there is a fully equipped kitchen! This is a single level four bedroom home. The pool room is currently in transition to become a bedroom with a king bed. The end of June 2022 the pool table will be moved into the garage, until then the pool room currently has a king sized bed AND a functioning pool table.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
