This is a three bedroom home with an en-suite bathroom in each room as well as a half bath on the main level. The living areas, kitchen and dining, laundry and sun room are all on the main level. The three bedrooms are upstairs.

You’ll find a large flat screen smart TV above the gas fireplace in the living room. There are plenty of seating options for TV entertainment or enjoying a game at one of the living room tables.

The dining table is located in the open floor plan kitchen with room for 8 and additional tables located in the living room.

The kitchen opens up from a bar area into the sun room/music room. Here you’ll find the Richmond Piano as well as a futon style couch bed for additional sleeping flexibility.

Upstairs you’ll find a King Bedroom and the en-suite includes a tub/shower combo. The Queen bedroom has two Queen beds and the en-suite has a stand up shower. The ‘bunk’ room is located off of the sewing and games room and has 4 twin beds, a flat screen TV and a stall size shower.

Outside on the back deck is a picnic table, benches and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the trees and mountain air.

Our two car garage is available for parking. A maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed at this rental.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month.
