Our spacious 3 bedroom town home has been recently updated to offer a spacious and affordable mountain getaway!
The Sunnyside Town Home is located in the central Flagstaff neighborhood of Sunnyside and is convenient to downtown, shopping, NAU and the hiking trails of Flagstaff’s beautiful Buffalo Park.
The open living area is spacious and inviting. The living areas are downstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. The flat screen television is WiFi equipped to enjoy digital entertainment options.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas 4 burner range and stove. The side by side fridge with ice and water in the door is perfect for entertaining and for those that like to prepare their own meals during their stay. Just add food and your own unique cooking style! The kitchen also includes a drip coffee maker, crock pot, microwave and toaster. There is also a dishwasher to help keep you focused on enjoying your stay.
The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and attached full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen and the bunk room has a twin bunk and two additional twin beds. All rooms are decorated in our fun style and include comfy linens.
The guest bathroom has double sinks and there is an additional half bath located downstairs.
The back garden is charming and cozy with a nice BBQ and patio furniture. We supply the propane.
There is a portable A/C unit in the hallway of the 2nd floor. If bedroom doors are kept open it should help to cool down the 2nd floor for sleeping. It may also be moved into a bedroom to cool that bedroom down.
If bringing a dog, please indicate it when making your reservation and the pet fee will be included in the booking. Please let us know if you will be bringing more than 1 dog. Additional fees will apply.
Pet fees for bookings over 30 days are not automatically added. A reduced fee will be added after the booking is confirmed.
Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.
Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete – please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.
Bi-weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home. This is scheduled every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. If you have a dog, please pick up any dog poop daily with particular attention on Wednesday night and keep your dog inside Thursday morning.
