This home is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway to Flagstaff or a small family. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a door that allows for privacy from the rest of the space and the couch in the living room has a queen pull out bed!
For those that can resist the temptations of Flagstaff’s delicious and plentiful restaurants, there is a fully equipped kitchen! The kitchen is perfect for those that like to prepare their own meals during their stay. Just add food and your own unique cooking style! The kitchen also includes a keurig coffee maker, crock pot, microwave, and a toaster! There is also a dishwasher to help keep you focused on enjoying your stay!
This home is also the perfect spot to learn more about the BNSF railway! The railroad has always had an important association with Route 66, and this is well illustrated in central Flagstaff. A walk along Route 66 shows the influence of the railroad on the city’s development, as every building is oriented toward the railroad tracks! Over 100 trains pass through Flagstaff every day! You will hear train noise from this location but trains rarely blow their horns in town.
The entire flat is yours to enjoy!
You’ll find the mud room at the base of the stairs is the perfect spot to store a bike or skiis!
Other things to note: There are exterior monitoring devices monitoring the parking lot.
This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
The suite is located upstairs above a mixed-use, commercial office building. Parking is available (free to guests and the commercial tenants) in the private, shared-use parking lot in the front of the building. There is handicap parking, but no reserved parking spaces.
The City of Flagstaff provides metered, on-street parking as well. Effective November 1st thru April 1st, there is no overnight parking on City streets or alleyways from midnight to 7:00 a.m. This City of Flagstaff winter parking restriction is enforced whether it is snowing or not.
Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.
Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete – please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.
